Practice will be held at Avery Point for the remainder of the long course season. Practice time is 7am - 9am, Monday through Friday. NO Saturday practice.

Long Course Practice Schedule
Venue Change for 2009 Season
Pool time will be split between Avery Point and the Westerly YMCA
Avery Point
Mon. Wed. Fri. 5:00 pm start time all ages
Saturday 9:00 am start time all ages
Westerly YMCA Pool
Tues. and Thurs. 5:00 pm start time all ages
Please note that only Seniors 13/over practice until 7:00pm. All 12/unders are placed in age appropriate groups according to ability levels and are released at 5:45, 6:00 or 6:30 pm.
Levels 12/Unders
8/unders must make 2-3 practices a week any pool.
Age Group II must make 3-4 practices a week any pool.
Age Group I must be committed to complete competition including championships, practice attendance 4 out of the 6 offered, nothing less any location.
Levels 13/overs
Senior II swimmers must be committed to improvement, open to correcting stroke faults, have good work ethic, and compete in at least one meet and championships.
Senior I team is comprised of accomplished competitive swimmers, inclusive of the college swimmer on the roster, committed to competition at all levels, and striving for national cuts.
